Here's a user guide for the heated sleeping bag:

1. Only use a 5V/2A USB as a power supply. If the input power is lower than 5V/2A, the sleeping bag may not turn on or work correctly.
2. If using a power bank or smaller jump starter, plug the USB port into the power bank or jump starter, and then put it into the inner pocket. If using a cellphone or car charger, use the included USB extension cable to connect the heated sleeping bag to the power supply.
3. To turn on the heating, plug in the power supply and long press the power button for 3 seconds. The first mode is high (Red), which will automatically switch to medium (Blue) after 10 minutes.
4. Short click the button to switch between temperature settings: high (Red), medium (Blue), and low (Green).
5. Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the heating function.
6. Disconnect the USB plug when the sleeping bag is not in use.
7. Stop using the heating function if the sleeping bag is ripped open.
8. The sleeping bag is washable. It is recommended to hand wash it following the washing label instructions.
